  • Returns for Damaged Items Only: We accept returns and provide refunds only for products that are received in damaged or faulty condition by the customer. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
  • Notification Period: Customers must notify us of any damaged items within 14 days of receiving the product. 
  • Refund Request Process: Please contact us via email at aromaoasisshop@gmail.com to initiate the return process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Please note that return shipping costs will not be covered by our store. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe and timely delivery of the returned item.
  • Lost or Unreceived Returns: Returns that are not received by our store or are lost in transit will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Exclusions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items purchased on sale, customized products such as gift hampers or special order items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Refund Method: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note. This credit note can be used for future purchases and is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
