  • Free Standard Shipping
    We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.
  • Order Handling
    We are a family-owned Australian Business. Your orders are hand-packed by us, which means that depending on the order volume your orders will be packed and processed within 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday) of successfully placing your order.
  • Delivery Time Frame
    Standard Post : 3-6 business days (depending on origin and destination).
    Express Post: 1-5 business days (depending on origin and destination).

  • Tracking
    Tracking numbers and carriers are provided. Customers are expected to track their goods and notify us if they have yet to deliver within the estimated time frame.
  • Signature on Delivery
    Highly recommended to avoid potential package loss.

  • Lost in Transit
    Refunds in the form of store credits are provided only if the delivery partner deems the parcel lost.
  • Incorrect/Incomplete Address
    Refunds for shipping costs if the address provided needs to be corrected or completed.
  • Return to Sender
    Additional shipping costs will apply if parcels are returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the local post office.
